Just kidding, but I'm off of Pipers it seems.

Put a turbo Commander under contract today. Pre-buy to start later this week.

I've already seen it in person, it had been sitting up for awhile, but annual'd and persistently hangared in a desert environment out west, so I went to take a look with my mechanic last week, and after poking and prodding for a day and running it on the ground, we can't find anything wrong with it. Other than the leather being a bit dry and the headliner having a few bubbles, it looks like a brand new airplane.

TT wise, it basically is a new airplane. Only 613 hours since the factory in '95.
