All,

Just to add to the saga, looks like Piper just released an amended 1309A (attached). From the revised SB...
SB 1309A clarifies that the requirement to examine the
fuel selector cover placards in Part I can be accomplished
by the owner/operator. SB 1309A also makes provisions
for a small number of aircraft that have placard locations
that differ slightly from those shown in View B–B.
