I had 2 - 2 hour fights yesterday. First real fights after installing an engine monitor. During both flights, I could not seem to get Cylinder #3 to be Rich, it wanted to stay very Lean. #3 would only go 70-90 ROP while the other 3 cylinders were ~150 ROP. To keep #3 CHT 70-90 ROP I had to be full rich on the mixture. During take off at full power/full rich things were more normal, it was just during cruise that #3 was having issues. During decent, things were also more normal with reduced power. EGT temp spread was similar to CHT spread as #3 EGT was the hottest. I'll be working in the shop with the A&P on Thursday... I'm leaning toward an intake leak on #3.

I guess I should add O-320 PA28-140 - 850 on the engine - 250 on the Top End
