Saw this over on PoA, never knew Piper was a NASCAR sponsor. I don't know much about NASCAR but my aunt did lose an eye when Bobby Allison wrecked at Talledega and I guess that wreck is why they use restrictor plates now, whatever that is. I think this is Bobby Allison circa 1988.
