I used to fly this Mirage plane with another professional pilot with the owner, and it crashed Tuesday in Leicester MA 3 miles short of the runway and real bad weather and icing conditions.
Nice to see the Pilot, Owner/Pilot of the plane , and Daughter with the dog all survived.
Hats off to two snow mobilers that added EMS and the Fire Dept getting to the remote area in the woods for the rescue.
