PIEPER SARATOGA TAKEOFF PROBLEM, PLS HELP

Hi, i have a piper saratoga 2003 TC. On run up everything is great, at initial climb on 36 of MP, the starts to variate the RPM between 50 and 100. And i slower to 30MP and runs great. In the annual they overhauled the Fuel Servo. Any tip? thanks
