I have the new UAvionix Magnetometer and I’m Talking to my A&P IA about locating the device in either the wing or aft fuselage (see attached photo). I would prefer the fuselage vs the wing since the SkyBeacon was more challenging trying to route the wires through existing openings and older wiring in the left Wing. The aft fuselage behind the hat shelf enclosure only has some antenna wiring and the emergency beacon. I’d appreciate any photos of your installations and experience.
