Find attached the inspection checklist for the Lance from the 1987 edition of the Service Manual 753-690 for reference only. Sorry I don't have the latest issue of the manual.
Your mechanic shall have the current version of the manual dated Oct. 31, 2019 with the latest version of the checklist.

Piper Lance Inspection Report 230-916. This is current 27 Mar 2008. This covers 50, 100 and annual inspections.
Piper Lance 50 Hour Inspection Report 767-018. This is dated 27 Mar 2008. This covers 50 hour Progressive Inspections. Four Inspections, one every 50 hours, all four to be completed within 12 months. Usually good if you are flying commercial and more than 200 hours a year. There is a later version dated 31 Oct 2019.
