Hi folks, I wondered if that's get your attention! Not a power pilot - my tag name gives a hint... (Its cheaper & quieter!)

I'm a semi retired UK based Autopilot and Instrument engineer who has spent many years climbing over, under and through mainly pipers and quite a few brand 'X' makes as well. (Dare I say the names?)

Lots of experience of all Altimatic & Autocontrol A/P's Plus Bendix FCS810 (Piper Altimatic V) and even some Altimatic X (Century 4). Together with KCS 55's, all types of Horizons, DG's & Instruments etc.

I do have a large collection of manufacturers manuals as well although, like me, they are of a certain age!

Happy to help out with advice and technical info wherever I can.

Alan
