Hi everyone, I joined the site to find out how much my 1969 Cherokee piper 140 is worth. My Dad was a pilot since 1959 and owned it for about 30 years. I lost my Dad to cancer 2 months ago. He taught me how to fly when I was just a small pup, about 10 years old, that was 50 years ago. The plane has never been stored outside. It is stored in a hanger at the Airport in Elizabethtown, Ky. I have no need to keep the plane, once I get an idea of what it's worth, I plan to sell it. It has not been flown in over 2 years, but I start it up about once a month and let it run for about 10 minutes. Any help that you all can give me will be greatfully appreciated.
