Need some Quick Help:
I've got a new mechanic doing some work on my Piper Arrow (PA28-200R ). He says the muffler heat shroud has small crack (see pictures below) and that makes the plane not air worthy, is this true, I don't see how the function of this part makes the whole plane not airworthy???
Any Thoughts - any reg's I can point to to get him to leave it alone?
