I am a new member, just registered.
On our airport there is a Piper PA-28 140 Cherokee, sitting in open air and not used for, at least 6 years. The current owner tried to sell it, without succes.
I am interested to buy it, but I have some concerns. The plane has 8.649 hrs TT. My questions are:
- Is there any time limit for the airframe ?
- Need to check something in particular ?
The plane was built in 1971.
The engine and propeller needs overhaul.
