I'm thinking of flying family to Staniel Cay, Bahamas for a few days of R&R. I've visited many Bahamas islands before, but never been to Staniel, although it has been recommended several times. My wife is disabled and uses a wheel chair, so not having to make a boat transfer is important. We love the out islands and used to fly into the Abacos, landing at Marsh or Treasure, then taking a boat out to nearby islands like Green Turtle and Elbow Cay. We can't do that anymore, so we need islands with an airport. Staniel look perfect, but we need some suggestions on where to stay. And any other Staniel thoughts as well!
