locating used Saratoga fuel cap

looking for piper fuel cap # 654 577
this is a pa 32 number but its for a pa 34 this is the non locking cap
unsure of the 34's part # but we borrowed my 32's fuel cap and the fit was perfect.

Does anyone know of a way to chain it to the airframe?
