Looking at a flight to Ann Arbor from Chattanooga, TN. My concern this time of year is obviously the snow and bitter cold that is possible while my Arrow sits on the ramp. Is it a possibility up north that FBO's provide an engine heater? Also, would they have service for surface de-icing? Will it be needed this time of year? I've never had to deal with my airplane being really really cold and possibly icy, so please forgive my ignorance.
