Wondering what everyone is seeing for an induction loss on their pA32?

On my PA32-260, with a rajay turbo, I was seeing a 3" induction loss at full throttle, brakes on, at the end of the runway. 30" on the MP gauge with engine off, 27" at full throttle.

This seemed excessive. Airfilter was stock but lots of twists and turns with the STC'ed turbo normalizer (it was off during takeoff).
