I was banned from POA!

This morning I logged into POA and discovered I had been banned for two days. Is being put into time-out a badge of honor? :)
The message read:
You have been banned for the following reason: Rules violations. Your ban will be lifted on Feb 8, 2024 at 4:31 PM.
I have no idea what I said, though sometimes I do get caught being myself.

Since I am banned, I can't contact the moderators and ask why. If anyone here also participates in POA and knows what I did, I'd be interested to know. If it's too disgustingly egregious and can't be repeated in public, please private message me.
