Had lunch with an old friend today and got talking about his work, lead accident investigator with Transport Canada.

Here is a news summary of one of the many crashes he has been involved in figuring out.

It was an interesting conversation and we ran out of time way too soon. I have known him since the mid 70's and went through engineering with his brother.
