I have trolled long enough and finally decided to sign up. My name is Justin and I live in Broken Arrow and am in the market for a time builder. I have narrowed my search down to a cherokee 140 to fit the bill for now.
I have been on the fence about joining a club vs owning. In Tulsa there is only one club and my ownership cost breaks even at the 10 hours/month mark with a small monthly payment and then after that my break even cost is at 2 hours.
I am looking at partnering with someone local, either to buy equity or to start a partnership. If anyone is interested or knows someone, lets talk.
