Mine keeps wanting to come off, I've safety wired it and it pulled through, its starting to crack around the edge where it appears someone beat on it with a hammer. I've tried screwing it on and currently its attached with metal tape around the edges to keep it from coming off. it's starting to look like its at the end of its useful life, Is this a salvage yard and pray item? Is there something else I should look into? A power flow isn't in the finances.
