The media has been all too eager to share the story of how Romney put his pet carrier on the roof of the car during a family vacation in an attempt to paint the GOP candidate as heartless. But did Romney ever eat dog? No. Who did? President Obama, in a passage in Obamas book In Dreams Of My Father he revealed that he ate dog meat as a child.
President Obama wrote, With Lolo I have learned how to eat small green chili peppers raw with dinner, plenty of rice. I was introduced to dog meat, tough, snake meat, tougher, and roasted grasshopper.
