GA Airplane Market and Basic Med

I am astounded on how fast my plane sold. 2 days from the time I posted the ad. I had over 20 contacts in that time frame and several long conversations. I learned that right now is a seller's market. Planes are selling quickly, the guy that is buying my plane said that he had 2 other planes bought while he was deciding. That story was repeated by several people that I spoke with.

Is Basic Med the reason for the hot market right now?
