1979 model PA32-300, two tanks with one filling point in each wing, not tip tank model. Aircraft had been left standing for a long period, about four months, with very little fuel in it. When all the tanks were filled, fuel leaking out of bottom of wing and from area where wing joins fuselage. Drained about 50litres from outer tank and the leak stopped. Still about 40 litres remaining in that tank and the inner of the two tanks full. Suspect that the upper interconnecting hose has failed. Has anybody else experienced this or have any other ideas as to what may be the cause ? Are the hoses easy to access and change ?
Thank you.
