I'm running a GTX 345 for my ADSB solution. I have received exactly one audio traffic alert since installation. The alert was both audio through my headset and a visual " pop up " traffic alert on my 430 screen. Since that one time , I have received zero audio or " pop up " screen alerts.

Ironically, since that one alert, I regularly get the Foreflight audio and pop up text box traffic alerts on my iPad... but nothing through the headset and no " pop up " traffic alert on my 430 ? Today I was within 500 feet of traffic.. Foreflight showing a yellow target... but no audio from the 345 and no pop up box on the 430.

I set an altitude alert to test the 345 altitude alert audio.. and she talks to me.. " leaving altitude "... so I know the 345 is pumping out audio. Prior to flight I checked the traffic audio setting and it was set to message the traffic...

In summary foreflight is alerting audibly and visually... but the 345 remains " silent". Traffic is showing on both my 430 and my iPad. Perhaps the Garmin is " smarter " than Foreflight... but I gotta say I was looking right at traffic off my left wing within 500 feet altitude and maybe a mile ... and the 345 didn't seem to care ??
