...have you (or a previous owner) already taken advantage of putting Piper report VB-274 in your AFM?
If you havent (I didnt find any record of it in my logs or AFM), heres a nice little free expansion of your CG envelope. Specifically, this revision gets you an expanded forward limit corner at 2600 lbs / 86.0 inches aft of datum. This creates some space in the full fuel / 2 front passengers regime...a zone where youll often find yourself forward of CG limits without adding ballast.
