Any inputs as to the best set up for a direct crosswind landing in the pa 28 180 Archer?
Had to land yesterday with a direct crosswind from the west gusting at 20kt approached at
75kt with 20 degrees of flap on a runway heading of 17, no other choice got down but found it a bit challenging. I’ve had different opinions from fellow local flyers but most of them are in 172s or 182s. There is nothing mentioned in the Poh only that demonstrated crosswind is 17kt. Any advice would be great as to what you guys think as regular Piper flyers.
