Flew from Los Angeles to Austin. Didn't have time to change the oil before this trip (doing a lot of flying back to back trips). :) Right now the oil has 49 hours on it. It's about 8.5-9 hours to get it back home. I don't have time to change the oil and filter myself while I'm here. What do y'all think- have an unfamiliar mechanic do the oil change here or wait until I get home and do it myself? Am I overthinking letting a mechanic I don't know work on the plane and not be able to be there and look things over myself?
