Hi,
We are having a strange problem with the panel lights in the Challenger. With the plane running the panel lights dim and get brighter, not a flicker like you would expect with a loose connection. This happens with all electrical loads off, not strobe related. Does not happen on battery only, plane engine off. DC bus voltage with panel lights on fluctuates between 11.75 and 12.11 VDC. With lights off 12.2-13.6 VDC. With all loads connected voltage is ~14VDC.
No load current is 4.3 to 7.7 Amps. I assume it is charging the battery and I would expect it to be steady? Lights on 4.9 to 7.8 Amps. ELT is not on.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Ray
