CBSA strike and cross-border travel

On 6 August, the CBSA (Canada's equivalent of the U.S. CBP) may be going on strike. I don't know how any work-to-rule or rotating strikes would affect small planes clearing at the border, but I thought it was worth a warning for any Americans planning a trip up once we reopen our border to non-essential U.S. travelers on 9 August.
