I just bought a house in an airpark. It has access (1 block) from a paved and lighted runway (18/36 3900'). There is also a turf runway there (9/27 2900') that is the smoothest I have ever put my Arrow on. It has a 2400sf hanger.

For those in similar situations, is it a dream come true? I am not retired (only 53... gotta work a bit yet!!) But I think I will like it!
