It's an interesting world. Two years after the USA lurched left politically, Canada leans to the right with a majority support of the Conservative party today. Is it possible that our better economy is somewhat related to the fact we have had a right wing party for the past few years? For sure big O's policies don't seem the right way to deal with the US economic problems. 20 years ago we in Canada were mired in the economic problems created by left wing policies of Trudeau etc, now it seems the situation is reversed.
