My plane had dual brakes. The right brake shuttle valve (the one inboard -behind and under the heater) is (and apparently has been) leaking. The leak seems to be coming from the aluminum crush washers (gaskets?) between the body and the male/female adapter - male straight into valve body and female pipe that connects to the line.

The washers have gall marks that seem to have been created by trying to assemble the unit while the washer was cocked. Long story short, does anyone know of a source for these gaskets? Thus far we have determined that this isn't an AN 900 or 901.

Piper parts book shows only a valve assembly with no component breakdown. The part was made by Hoof -long out of business.

The washer is aluminum; 5/8 I.D.; 7/8 O.D.; 1/16 thick with concentric grooves on both sides. The mating surfaces on both the valve body and the adapter also have the concentric grooves.

Thanks for your help.
