Of course Avi will not say exactly when, but my best guess is very soon. The IFD trainer has now been updated to the 10.3 version, so you can update yours from the Apple app store to have an advance look. There are some hints as to what is new in its description.
The PG pdf is not available yet, but it is in final approval review.
As usual, a complete list of new features in the 10.3 update will only be posted, when the firmware update is actually available. 10.3 is a major update and will include feature additions. A number of release features that were planned for earlier releases, were rolled over into this update.
