Asking for a former coworker who is trying to clean up paperwork after a year plus rebuild after his plane got caught in a flood. 69 Cherokee D with the soft cockpit bulkhead. He was wondering if anyone knows if there was a factory mounting location for the toebar. He said he has seen evidence of possibly on the forward part of the bench seat or on the soft bulkhead too. But cant tell conclusively and couldn't find anything in the parts manual. Thanks
