4 cracks in left Stabilator

I'm not sure how long they have been there, but I haven't noticed them until yesterday. Does anyone know if it's an easy fix? Is it unsafe to fly? I'm trying to have my mechanic look at it, but haven't been able to get in touch with him. I don't think I will fly it until I have him check it out. I'm guessing Piper is the only place to purchase the skins.
