Nice straight tail Lance. Has avg'd 100 hours a year since 2008. Very detailed maint log. Complete Logs. No known damage history. Oil Changes every 50-70 hours since 2008. Oil Analysis done since I bought the plane.

Cruise Speed 150-155 knots true at 15.5-16 gph.

I bought the plane in June 2019. I have put 125 hrs since purchase. Perfect family plane if you want a single. Moving to a twin.

I found an old link of photos you can zoom in here: https://www.aircraft.com/aircraft/31947763/n516ab-1976-piper-lance
