Greetings from "down under"

Am looking to replace the (inside) door handle on my 180D (1968 model). The current handle is very pitted and rough.

I don't have a parts manual, so can someone assist with a part number for this handle - AND (even better) can anyone suggest a suitable (meaning "cost effective", i.e. inexpensive) replacement, or where to get one.
