I am finally planning to pull the trigger on my avionics upgrade with Auto-pilot. Looking for suggestions of items you recommend to have controlled from you fingers with hands on the yoke.

I will be installing a Trutrak Auto-pilot that will navigate with my IFD 440. Will be adding the AXP 340 ADS-B and Skytrax/Free flight ADS-B in.

I currently have a new PMA-450B audio panel. Will add either the Aspen E5 or Garmin G5 stack as well (depending on if Dynon Skyview gets to PA 28 by Oshkosh. If not I will do one of these and stop waiting)

So far I think I want a AUTO-PILOT toggle to engage /disengage. Thinking about a Ident button per a previous suggestion from Orest since I plan to get IFR qualified and file IFR going forward for the next year or two.

Possibly a com radio toggle from radio 1 or 2 on my PMA-450.

What are your thoughts. Any of these not as useful for those of you who already have/had them.
Or Items you have already or wish you had while flying IFR or cross country?

Thanks in advance for your 2 cents...
