Recently had my yoke-mounted iPad mini over heat and shut down 15 minutes before an approach. Not good. Seems the only off-the-shelf solution ($$$) is the X-Naut mount with built in cooling fans. I really like my lightweight, thin mini on the yoke and I'm fearful of the apparent bulk of the X-Naut. Does anyone have any experience with this unit, especially with a mini?
