First flight after annual that included new plugs and mags overhauled by Don. No perceptible mag drop on either mag. I have a CGR30P and it told each mag was dead as I did the mag check, but no RPM drop. If I didn’t have the engine monitor I’d have thought the P-leads weren’t connected. Takeoff was much sportier, the RPM’s went right to the redline!

Mags had about 400 hours but 30 years since overhaul. Plugs were old also, but didn’t look through the logs to check.
