Anyone ever install these from Aircraft Spruce: C-LITE WING TIP NAV LIGHT INDICATORS (http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/elpages/clite.php)

I am just curious how they are actually installed as they came with no instructions. Under the entire light assembly? Under just the lens part of the light assembly? Are they weatherproof and keep moisture out of the wingtip? Does that even matter at the fiberglass wingtip?
