Where have all the Apaches gone?

So, I know these are old planes, and haven’t been made for a long time….but where have all the Apaches gone?

I’ve been low-key looking for one (multi time builder) for a few months, and there have been slim pickin’s in the market. Are these airframes quietly fading away? Are they all in the hands of aspiring airline pilots, chugging out multi time?

If enough time passes, I may have to call the owner of the one in this photo, at my home field (yes, that Apache is still there…and someone keeps air in the tires!)
