Hello, this might be like a new parent with their first child, but my engine has been taken in for an overhaul and this is my first. I'm a new plane owner and it has been sent down to Triad Aviation down in North Carolina. What sort of back and forth should I expect with them? Its been down there 2 weeks and they haven't contacted us with what they have seen as it was disassembled, what they'll need to replace, etc. I just don't know if this is normal or if I should be bugging them with requests for status updates. Am I just being a worrier?
