Hi all

I have just removed the Radio Coupler from my Piper PA28-181 to send to an Avionic Shop for a repair. Recently it has only worked using the Heading Bug. It is Mitchell 1C388M and my Autopilot is the Piper Autocontrol 111B (which I believe is the Century 11B).

I was interested if the Autopilot will still work as a wings leveler as it is plugged into the Attitude Indicator. I suppose that is impossible as it needs the DI input also? Does anybody know what the Autopilot will do without the Radio Coupler Plugged in?
