Water in the wings?

I got stranded due to weather and my plane sat on the ramp in significant rain.
A week later, I went to pick up the plane. I had the fuel guy top off my mains and I look over and liquid is spewing out of what appeared to be the belly of the plane.
I thought the fuel hose came out and he was just spraying the wing with gas.

I went under the plane and determined it was water.

I can only guess what is happening. Wings full of water. bladder expands and displaces water? Clogged drain plug?
I did notice small pooling of water behind the baggage area under the battery.

What might be happening? What should I look for / do?

Thanks!
