Wanted interior side panels for Arrow

Looking for some interior used side panels front and rear for a '69 Arrow , tan in color but will consider any color , mine are shot won't stay up , the board behind the panels is deteriorated to the point they won't stay in place
Or does anyone have any tips or tricks. Really don't want to start putting screws in everywhere
