Vertical Card Compass bracket

I purchased the PAI-700 Vertical Card Compass & the center post mounting bracket (Pacmo-Piper-N) for my PA-28-140. I was going to mount the bracket before taking it to the avionics shop next week for the rest of the install but nothing came with bracket. No screws, no instructions or guidelines on how far up or down the center post it should be mounted. How is this bracket attached & where on the center post?
