Spent last weekend replacing valve cover gaskets and three hours today continuing to chase oil leaks, me and the mechanic could not figure out how the oil was getting to the middle of the valve cover, after putting tape over the screws to stop migration of the oil we figured this out. Two covers with the same crack. This is a 200 hr lycoming reman engine.

It only leaks at <2200rpm and 180 oil temp. Anyone else have this experience. Or two rocker covers
