Cost? Zero.

Well, zero if you have a tablet to spare and an IFD installed. I grabbed a pic of this, Avidyne rigged it up for their OshKosh booth. The tablet is running the so called IFD100 software, which is a fully independent IFD "app" that communicates with your panel mount IFD by wifi. Speed and altitude tapes will be available as well.

Of course, you don't have to attach it to your panel over your 6-pak, your lap will work as well.

Not available until the 10.2 firmware comes out. It was expected at Osh, but slipped a little.
