Does anybody run full synthetic oil in their airplane? Do you run MOGAS to avoid the lead issues?

I'm no expert, but I'm guessing sythetic would be good for keeping these air cooled airplane engines running longer and cooler.

As a kid I remember switching from mineral oil to synthetic in a 2-cycle air cooled motocross bike and the power difference was noticable due to the motor staying much cooler.
